HALLEY UV20 is the new UV curing putty that joins Halley, Roberlo's UV range, designed to boost bodyshop productivity and efficiency in small and medium-sized repairs.
With UV20 putty, the shop can have a part filled and ready to prime in less than 3 minutes, which is a 95% reduction in time spent filling compared to conventional fast putties.
This solution stands out for its simplicity of use, since, being 1K, it is always ready to use, without the need to mix components and avoiding the waste generated in the mixing. In addition, the tube type format allows the putty to be applied directly on the bodywork, or also on the spatula and has adhesion on steel, aluminum, galvanized and plastics.
Halley UV20 uses ultraviolet light curing technology, generated by a UV lamp such as Robled. In just one minute of exposure, the putty is completely ready for sanding with a P150 abrasive followed by a P240.
