Disolac+ is an industrial colour mixing system made up of 24 colour bases and more than 30 binders for creating a wide range of colours with different finish qualities.
This versatility makes it possible to obtain a wide variety of products for an extensive range of industrial applications required in the market.
Disolac+ is a constantly evolving system that is always being improved to meet the needs and demands of the market. The bases of the system have recently been modified in line with the new regulations prohibiting the use of lead chromate in paint (Article 56.1 of the REACH regulation) and in order to improve its quality and colourimetry. This modification has led to significant improvements in the system:
- Five diluted bases (toners) have been incorporated to allow small colour adjustments to be made.
- The bases all have a similar chemical structure to ensure total compatibility between them.
- Thanks to the new colourimetry of the bases, the colour range has been expanded.
- The metallic finishes have greater stability and an improved formulation.
In addition to the abovementioned product improvements, 2016 starts with new tools for using this system. Firstly, we have created the CHROM INDUSTRY chart in a case or box format to complement the system. This includes more than 2,500 of our own colours, arranged in chromatic order, whose formulas appear in the colour software. Secondly, we have created a new information leaflet about the system, as well as a poster featuring a colour graph for the system.
